On April 5, Savy Games, a division of Saudi Arabia’s Public investment fund, acquired Scopely game studio. This company makes mobile games and is based in Culver City, California, Company announced that on Wednesday.
Savy Games Paying Scopely for$4.9 Billions to acquire their Company. This is one of the biggest acquisitions deals in Video game history. There is only few company that had high buyout such as Microsoft buys ZeniMax for 8.1 billions, take tow buying Zynga for $12.7 billions and one othe biggest buy is Microsoft buy Activision for $68 billion dollars it’s make biggest accusations in history of video games.
